crimeandpunishment (1754306) writes "The Air Force is releasing new information about January's software glitch that left weapons systems unable to lock on to Global Positioning Satellites. And it turns out the military didn't do any advance testing of the specific type of receiver that had problems. The manufacturer of the receiver said it found no problems when it did its advance testing, using specs from the Air Force GPS wing."
