I am reassured... Actually, I guess suEXEC doesn't work with PHP anyway, so the Windows version probably won't be a whole lot worse than running it in apache with one user for every PHP site on the entire server.
Portability-wise, surely a lot of stuff that depends on modules that depend on specific libraries is going to break. I'll be interested to see how many large PHP apps work when dropped wholesale into this environment.
