Crystal Space Contest

Okay, what's the deal? I read the rules. They are careful to mention the number of lines for submissions, the deadline, and the prizes. But what is the contest actually for? I mean, is there a theme, or is it just a general contest? Can I submit any old project [sourceforge.net]? Wtf?

You need to be creative in 5K lines and use crystal space...

Almost like a classic demo compo.

Apologies for the pedantry, but 500+250+200!=1000. Who gets the other $50? You can send it to me if it won't be missed.

That $50 will stay on the account I created for it. It is a small reserver for later and also to pay for the costs of transfering money from USD to EURO and vice versa. BTW the $1000 is already slightly less due to the transferal on a EURO account.

I am also running a contest (not using Crystal Space per say) at http://openglforums.com [openglforums.com]. Its all about OpenGL programming. Everyone is invited to come and try out. The contest has a Blade-centric theme!
