linugen writes "According to this European Union website, the .eu regulation has finally been accepted. The new ".eu" domain name will complement the existing family of country-code or national Top Level Domains in the EU as well as the "generic" Top Level Domains such as '.com', '.org' and '.info'. Individual users will be able to continue to use these existing domains, but will now have the additional option of a single, European Union domain name as well. Looks like something's finally happening."

By the way: the EC will make it's decision of the .eu operator public soon. Rumored is that it will be the Brussels based eurid.org.

Not many of these really jump out at me as an English speaker, but a lot of them seem to be derived from French -- implying that Francophones could possibly have a lot of words with a "-eu" suffix.
"Archboutefeu" is a cool sounding word. What does it mean?

  I'm french, and i have no idea :) and it seems to only appears in strange lists of words in weird newsgroups like alt.revisionism, alt.flame.niggers alt.religion.scientology, or really strange pages [micronet.org] :)

    On a guess, I tried deleting "arch-" and got some more results, including [bootlegbooks.com]:
