Might be on his page [stanford.edu] if you bug him. Check it out anyway, some pretty cool stuff, and BIG FONTS just in case you can't see so good.

I've been trying to get that $2.56 for years [stanford.edu], but its the best $2.56 I've ever worked for because I've learned a lot along the way..Don't think I'd have a chance at stumping him...(Yeah, I own all 3 books of The Art, I'm a geek...)

Knuth specifically mentions in the appendix somewhere that he is holding checks for bug submitters that he doesn't know how to get hold of. So if you are waiting on one of his checks, I'd try contacting him with your current address. Personally I don't think Knuth is one of the top people in computer science, he is the top one.
